I received a mombo nursing pillow in 2011 when my youngest son was born.  Out of all the nursing pillows I've used over the years (I have nursed 3 babies!) this is by far, my favorite nursing pillow.

The pillow is perfectly sized and flexible enough to fit my other children, me and my husband with no issues.

The pillow has a super soft, plush side that is perfect for tummy time, playing and sitting practice. The other side is firm, and provides the perfect support for nursing any size baby. My boys are very sweaty creatures, so I have washed both the cover & pillow many times with no trouble. I did notice that it is a little softer than the brand new pillow, but that’s expected with 16+ months of constant use and multiple washings! There is a pocket to insert the included (battery operated) vibration feature as well.

The mombo’s slip covers are super cute, with a fuzzy/plush side, and a soft fabric side.

In my opinion, the Mombo’s cover is one of the easiest to remove and put back on. Slip the ends in, then zip closed. A fabric flap covers the zipper. There’s no wrestling or stuffing or struggling, and I haven’t had any issues with the cover shrinking after washing.

It doesn’t hurt that the prints are adorable too!!

I know some people are uncomfortable with the idea of a toddler who can “ask for it” still nursing. Those people probably won’t find this amusing, but I do! When my son wants to nurse, he will run & get the mombo and bring it to me. I might be in the laundry room and he runs out of the room, then comes back dragging the pillow. When we received the new one in the mail, he immediately picked it up & brought it to me, hee hee.

This is a common sight in my house. My son will fall asleep nursing, and I’ll just hold him (the support from mombo is great, my arm doesn’t get sore!) so I can get some work done on my laptop. 🙂
