Hemp Fleece Flat Meets Cuddly Soft Swaddle – Geffen Baby Fladdle

I’ve been sitting on this for a very long time and I’m excited to finally share with you! I received a prototype hemp fleece flat from Geffen Baby, and they’ve finally put it into production, though it’s even better than the one I received.

The prototype was 26.5″ square like the hemp jersey flat while the new fladdle is 30″ square. (I found mine to shrink a bit under 10%.)

Keep in mind that the prototype I received is smaller than the fladdle, but I’ve pictured the difference in thickness between the jersey and the fleece flats.

The fleece flat also held nearly 12 oz of liquid and considering that the fladdle (30″ square) is about 28% larger than the one I’ve pictured here (26.5″ square) I would expect the fladdle to hold nearly 15 ounces (can’t wait to get my hands on one).

As such a large flat, USA made and 60% hemp/40% organic cotton, it comes with a price tag of $11.99. It would make an amazing swaddle for a little one, or a lovey. I’ve heard people say their kiddos make off with their wipes and prefolds because they’re so soft!
