Back the Kickstarter for Sudsy Dough – A Moldable Soap Dough

Change-Diapers received a product sample. All opinions are my own. Sudsy Dough was created for the Andy and Katie Wallace’s daughter, who didn’t enjoy bath time. This moldable, scented dough is also a soap, and makes bath time fun. It can be used as-is, squishing and sudsing in the tub, or take it out of the tub to make custom shaped soaps!

Once dry, Sudsy dough becomes mini scented soap bars. It’s a gentle soap made with shea butter and coconut oil and is Paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sulfate-free. You can choose from lots of colors and scents, and it creates suds when run under water. Bonus: each ball has a surprise squirt toy inside!

We have nooooo problem getting this little waterbaby in the tub! He was still excited to play with his “dough” though! The product samples I received were not packaged in completely airtight containers, so I knew I may need to add a bit of water to make it pliable. In hindsight I should have done this first. It was quite crumbly but once I added water & kneaded, it was fine.

He figured out right away there was a surprise inside. It’s a ducky! (The other had a fish, I couldn’t get him to stay still long enough for pictures of that.)

Much easier to play with once we added water!

Nice and sudsy. I did find that all the crumbly bits we dropped in the tub made things a bit slick, so use extra caution. My 10-year old daughter thought this was “so cool” and I think she wants her own!

The Kickstarter campaign launches today and Sudsy Dough will later be available for pre-order at: http://revelae.com/
