I was curious about the new Bumgenius Hummingbird color, and wondered if it would match any of the greens in other Bumgenius prints.
Added 2/1 Worth noting: the Ribbit pictured in these photos was purchased a few months ago. It is a slightly different shade than the Ribbits I’ve had for 2 and 4 years. Below is my old Ribbit (on the left in the photos) and the one purchased a few months ago (right.)
Spoiler: it really does not exactly match the green on any other diaper. Above I pictured it with Ribbit so you can see how they compare. Hummingbird is a beautiful, rich emerald that is more vibrant than it appears in the pictures.
It doesn’t match the green in Irwin.
Here it is compared to the greenish blue in Jules.
Maybe it matches the green in Top Hat?
Hmm…well maybe the green in Picadilly Circus?
Close, but no cigar. It is a lovely, unique color!

Hey Maria 🙂 I received a Rumparooz cover in Peacock and I was wondering if you knew how it compares to Hummingbird. Comparing my cover to the computer screen they look really similar, but I suspect the Hummingbird to be more green. Although, I was also expecting the Peacock to be more of a blue lol. What do you think?
I’m kicking myself now that I don’t have one – RaR don’t fit my boys very well so I only have a handful. I did see a photo somewhere comparing them and they looked, very very similar. I love how Bumgenius’ snaps match the PUL so well though. Unfortunately I couldn’t begin to find the photo again to show you. :-/

I meant to add that mirror is so blue compared to it. Which in person mirror doesn’t seem that blue until compared next to green. KWIM?

Hahaha, so what you’ve really done here is expose how much of the Cotton Babies rainbow you already own! 🙂 But I’m jealous, Hummingbird does look like a lovely color! I bet it looks adorable on babies!
