To go along with the eeny-teeny preemie covers, I needed some preemie prefolds! Knowing that the mom I was buying for had never used cloth before, I turned to the Imagine Baby smart fit prefolds, which are sized to trifold perfectly.
Below, I’ve measured the preemie/XS (4-10 lbs) size before and after prep.
Here are the prefolds in a Proraps preemie cover.
It also fit in an Anibums preemie cover (post coming soon) with the front folded down.
Here I pinned it on my little “diaper model” with a large safety pin (I was too lazy to run upstairs and get an actual diaper pin, LOL!)
At about $1.50 each, the prefolds are a great, cost effective solution for diapering a preemie or small newborn.
Have you used them?
