>This weekend, I got to go to the grocery store all by myself. It was blissful I tell you. I had to make a couple other stops, including picking up some socks for my daughter. I rounded the corner of the store, past a twin bed set and just about walked smack dab into a Christmas tree.
Of course, I instantly freaked out. It’s September! I don’t even have Halloween costumes for my kids! I’m not ready for Christmas!! Then I was invited to participate in the Merry Fluffy Christmas Event and I came to terms with the fact that Christmas is only three months away.
Between this event and my “A Year of Fluff” event coming in October, I feel like I’ve let my reader-inos become neglect-arinos (anyone else watch The Simpsons?)
I’m excited that CSN Stores will be sponsoring a cloth diaper package for the December event (did you know they sell cloth diapers??) CSN stores is also sponsoring a giveaway now (should probably be up in the next few days!) I’m going to be giving two readers each a spanking new BabyKicks 3G Bumboo Pocket Diaper! Since they are brand new, they won’t ship to the winners until mid/late October, but I thought you guys deserved a fun giveaway for sticking with me through my blog redesign (which is still ongoing) and the slow-ness of the blog this month as I get ready for nearly a dozen giveaways (and counting) next month!
Also re: the blog design, it seems to be loading slowly for me, which drives me crazy. Bear with me as I make some tweaks to hopefully get the page to load faster.
