I purchased the clubs myself. I was not compensated for this post, though I do puffy heart the store owner. Does anyone read this part? Up On the Hill’s cloth diaper of the month club and item of the month club (A.K.A. super mystery fun clubs!) open up for subscriptions tomorrow, so I thought it was as good a time as any to show you what I got this month! This month I received a Rumparooz diaper cover, two XL Geffen Baby hemp jersey prefolds, and a sample of Thirsties diaper cream. You receive items based on your child’s age & gender…club members with younger/smaller babies received three prefolds. I think that’s a super shipment and I’m excited to try things I haven’t used before (Though I LOVE Geffen Baby prefolds, I’ve never tried an XL on my son, nor have I used Rumparooz covers!)
I told UOTH that I loved the black…she said “I thought you would!” While you can’t request certain items, prints, colors etc. in your club shipment, Up On the Hill is like Santa – only less creepy. She does notice when one of her customers was drooling over that special something on Facebook or the UOTH chat group, and a lot of club members have been pleasantly surprised to see the item turn up in the club (i.e. me & Applecheeks wingin’ it, LOL.)
My daughter immediately took the item club shipment.
P’kolino colored pencils (UOTH sells other P’Kolino stuff too!) paired with the Gentle Parenting coloring book. Images in the coloring book were hand drawn, and feature breastfeeding, babywearing, and other scenes not found in typical coloring books. This would be a neat “big brother/sister” gift. (Babywearing Daddy cooking, with recycling & compost bins!)
The last item was a liquid motion bubbler. Who doesn’t love these things? Awesome. We stared at it for way too long. Yeah yeah, you can teach with it but it’s also fun!
The diaper of the month club is $100 for three months, and the item club is $75. Buy both & save $10. Values vary every month but the total value will exceed your purchase price. Clubs also ship free (to the U.S.), and you are able to order other items & have them shipped with your club shipment each month!

Yes, I read that part. You do such a good job with your .. what? security or whatever trade commission blah blah that I come and see how you’ve written yours from time to time and ‘borrow heavily’.. since I suck at it. Lol. Hope you don’t mind. There’s only so many ways to say ‘I wasn’t paid for this stuff, yo’… and ‘if you dont email me back you lose out on the giveaway’…
