Proraps Preemie Cloth Diaper Cover

Proraps preemie covers are estimated to fit babies who are 2-6 pounds, fitting preemies, or newborns who are a bit too small for newborn covers. They are pretty basic diaper covers, but are also fairly affordable, at $8-10 (depending on where you buy.)

They have a wipeable inner, gussets, and velcro closures. There are no laundry tabs, but I didn’t have trouble keeping the tabs attached to the front of the diaper while washing. The preemie size also has a dip/cutout for the umbilical cord.

Here it is measured folded & stretched (not a lot of stretch since the “give” is largely in the legs):

For easy size comparison, I’m using my “diaper model.” Below, he is pictured in a preemie disposable diaper.

To compare, I’ve also pictured him in the Rumparooz Lil Joey, which was the smallest newborn diaper I used on my son, and the first to fit him:

Based on the fit, I have my doubts that the cord scoop would fit under the cord stump of a preemie or tiny newborn:
