10 Things to Put in a Baby’s Easter Basket (Not Candy!)

If you click and buy, we may receive a small commission, thank you. If you celebrate Easter, you probably know that your baby isn’t going to have any idea what’s happening for at least the first few years. Even so, who doesn’t love a beautiful Easter basket and a cute little baby? I’m not a big fan of “stuff,” so I tend to be partial to gifts that are consumable and/or practical, but still fun. 🙂

Don’t worry, I won’t tell if you slide some chocolate in there too. I mean, Mom and Dad can help with that, right? Read on for 10 awesome things you can put in your baby’s Easter basket this year!

Aden + Anais Bandana Bib

Bibs – whether you choose a bib for feeding, one to protect from burps and drool, or just an adorable bandana bib because it’s cute, this is a useful addition to an Easter Basket!

Cloth Diapers – Are you surprised that a cloth diaper wasn’t my first suggestion? I kind of am. 😉 It will be warm before we know it, so consider tucking a cloth swim diaper in!

Tee to Match Diaper – Maybe I’m a little overexcited about the prospect of warm weather, but I love when babies can sport a cloth diaper and tee! Check out these genius tees and grab your favorite for baby to rock with the matching print, or coordinating solids!

Snack Cups – Replay’s Snack Stacks make toting around anything from formula to crackers (and everything in between) easy and mess-free. There are lots of great colors so you can make a matchy-matchy themed basket if that’s your thing!

Books – You can never have too many books! Have a hulk baby? Check out Indestructables chew proof, water proof (washable) and tear resistant books!

Bath Toys – This Fat Brain Quack Stack bath toy is technically a duck, but we’ll pretend it’s a chick and fits right in with the Easter theme, ok?

Bubble Bath – There are no sulfates, parabens, phthlates or harsh chemicals in this bubble bath and it smells amazing!!

ToothpasteJack and Jill toothpaste is a favorite in our house. The fluoride-free xylitol formula is safe for baby to swallow, and comes in lots of great flavors. The tube is the perfect size to tuck into a basket.

Teething JewelryTeething jewelry is not only great for babies who are working on popping teeth through, but also for distracted nurslings or ones that want to twiddle, much to mama’s dismay!

Pajamas Everyone can use a new pair of jammies, and if you’ve never felt the softness of Kickee Pants, you’re in for a treat.

You can find all of the items above at Cottonbabies, where U.S. orders ship free (no minimum) and most in-stock orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern usually ship the same day.

Are you planning an Easter basket for your baby? What would you want in your Easter basket?
