If you click my links & buy, I may receive a small commission. Thank you. I read this post from Hobo Mama in April, and my hair products have been on my mind (ha) ever since. My hair is just wavy enough to be a disaster, but not enough to be pretty. I’ve spent years blow-drying, flat ironing, spraying, moussing, and otherwise trying to tame it.
Before I had children, I knew it all. Boy, I had it all figured out, and I was going to be a great Mom! Fortunately, I kept opinions about other people’s parenting to myself, unlike some people.
When I was expecting my daughter (we didn’t find out the gender of any of our kids ahead of time) I was determined I wouldn’t reinforce gender stereotypes, nor would I fall into the old pink/blue trap. (That’s my daughter in blue pictured above, not one of my sons!) So, why is it that when two of my friends (who either cloth diapered, or wanted to cloth diaper) had baby girls, I had this uncontrollable urge to buy pink, pink and more pink?
