>My husband and I don’t exchange gifts anymore, for the sake of saving money. I know if we did, he’d be dreaming of flat screen TVs and flat screen TV stands!
So, I really don’t have a holiday wish list, but I have a running fluff wish list. I know, I know! I really don’t “need” any more fluff, but I have this desire to try and review every diaper. It’s an illness! No, I don’t expect to ever actually buy or own all of these, but if I found a screaming deal on one of them, I’d bite!
Here’s what I haven’t tried that I’d like to (that I can think of, I’m sure there are more!):
- Tot Bots
- Wee Huggers
- Applecheeks
- GoGreen
- Bottombumpers
- gDiapers
- GroVia
- Tiny Tush
- Bum Essentials
- Tiny Tush
- Tweedlebugs
- Bumkins
- Knickernappies One Size
- Sposoeasy
- Green Acre Designs
- iCandy
- OsoCozy
- Snap EZ
- Sustainablebabyish
- Wahmies
If I ever get to cloth diaper a newborn, I’d wish for:
- Rumparooz Lil Joey
- Tot Bots Tiny Fit
- Fuzzibunz XS
- Bumgenius AIO XS
- Eli Monster Newborn Diapers
- Happy Heinys Mini One Size
- Smarti Pants Newborn Diapers
- Thirsties Size 1 Duo Diaper/Wrap
- Heartland Dreams Newborn Diapers
- Doodle Dypes Dynky Doodle
- Guerilla Fluff Newborn Diapers
- Thirsties Fab Fitted XS
- Almost Heaven Diaper Co. Newborn Diaper
- PLUMP Newborn Diaper
I’d also probably want to try any prefolds and covers with a newborn too, since they go through so many diapers!
How about you? Do you have a running fluff wish list? Are you wishing for anything for yourself this year?
>I love seeing other people's cloth diaper wishlist… It helps me not feel so bad that I'm slowly starting a stash for any future child I might have. LOL!AppleCheeks are great diapers… those and Sprout Change are my favorite diapers for traveling. Nifty Nappy has newborn fitted diapers and newborn wool covers. I'd love to get some, but can't justify the cost right now. I got a sustainablebabyish diaper during the Black Friday sales… I love natural fibers, especially bamboo and the diaper was bamboo terry with bamboo fleece inserts. Nice and soft. Maybe we should do a diaper swap… and get a chance to try out other diapers that we don't have :*)I'd like to try LolliDoo, GroVia, and Bum Essentials…
>Applecheeks are AMAZING! Along with GoGreen Pocket Diapers. Love them! gDiapers…eh dont get me started! I started my cd journey with these & I about gave up before trying GoGreen diapers. Now I'm hooked! LOL! gDiapers leave horrible indentions on my little man, the velcro is ridiculous when fastening in the back (yes you can flip it around but for my exp that made leaking worse), they would leak withing 30 minutes of putting it on and I tried all the sizes before giving up! Luckily I was able to sell them. The liners do have to be replaced and they aren't cheap. I do love my gCloths for extra absorbency though.Doopsy didn't work for my skinny guy. When you put everything in the diaper for the Super Doopsy…the fit was ridiculous. I just sold all 4 of mine. Again I do love the Super Doopsy inserts though.
>Laura, me too! I have the Kissaluvs that's on my son's bear (I won that one!) and a Blueberry Mini second that I got for abotu half off!
>The reasons stated for disliking the gDiapers are really why I shied away from them. At the same time, I feel like I need to experience them for myself, since they're such a big thing, kwim?
>I am wishing for lots of Fluff. I already have a ton…but still on the wish list are Lollidoo and Weehuggers. As for NB diapers…I am not even preggo yet, but I have a stash started. I have Lil Joeys, FB XS, and Happy Heiny Minis. They are so tiny and cute! Can't wait!!!
>I am so wishing to try a Doopsy diaper. I love the colors and think it might work for my heavy wetter. 😉 I also dream of thos adorable Nifty Nappy fitteds. All my fitteds are boring!I agree about the gDiapers – I am not a fan. I didn't like that the plastic part was up against the little guy's skin, while in my other CDs it was soft fabric. Plus, I don't like that you have to replace those liners.
>We have a list of diapers that we would love to try. We started cding early, so I should have a very long time to try everything out. We are also on our 1st child and plan to have many more.We did not like the gDiapers. They left red marks on my DS's stomach and legs. They also leaked every time we used them. I prefer everything else I've tried to those. Worth a try, I'm sure!As for NB diapers, I would love to try a Kissaluvs! I've seen them on my friends babies and they are so cute! Love the idea of using a fitted without a cover for NB's. That way, it is more comfortable for them. Their belly is so sensitive in the beginning. Can't wait to do it all over again!
>My son's bear is wearing a Kissaluvs newborn diaper that I won. 😉 Sew Crafty Baby sells tons of brand that I haven't seen elsewhere, so that just made me go "oohh, I want one of those, and one of those and…"Hannah is your Weehuggers velcro? I worry that it's the same Velcro that they use on Blueberry, which I find awful.Janine, you made me LOL the way you said this "waking up in a pee puddle is something I try my best to avoid" LOL!I's shocking that I still haven't tried gDiapers! I will soon hopefully!
>I just got into gDiapers and they are so great in my opinion that I'm barely making effort to try anything else! But I do love pocket dipes for overnight. I co-sleep and waking up in a pee puddle is something I try my best to avoid. With my bumGenius pockets he can go 6-8 hours without a change, which is amazing! My answer to your question would be more medium size gDiapers. I also want some Thirsties covers for prefolds, which we do enjoy using.
>I really like Weehuggers; I haven't tried anything else on either list. Weehuggers really hold in the insert/prefold better than a Flip cover, although it is the same idea. The back "flap" isn't gathered with the velcro, so it isn't so baggy, if that makes sense. Anyway, I think if you like how easy pocket diapers are to put on, you would like Weehuggers.
>I haven't written up a diaper wishlist, but almost everytime I see a review, I think, Oh, I'd love to try that out! and the newborn stuff – would love to try any of it! All I used with my newborns was prefolds and a few fitteds. They worked just fine, but the cuteness of some of those newborn diapers is almost too much. Considering they're not in the newborn diapers all that long makes it hard to justify buying even more diapers, but oh, if I could win some…
