Some items were samples, some were just coupons and/or information, and there were a few full-size products (Earth Paste, Shake & Dream Water.)
The Earth Paste is very minty since it is made with peppermint oil, but hubby & I are both using it. Since I’m breastfeeding, he also used the Dream Water & really liked it. My daughter was excited about the shake (they love those boxes w/straws!) but didn’t drink much.
