Now that my baby has better hand-eye coordination, it has been really hard to use the nose-frida when she is stuffy or has a runny nose ;( I really love this product, but any helpful hints besides giving the baby something they like to hold (because she ends up tossing it!).

Project Pomona, you say your pants fit over cloth diapers. Do they also fit super chubby babies with leg rolls that put The Stay-puff Marshmallow Man to shame? I have trouble getting pants to not be tight on my kiddos thighs.
