In 2015, Kelly’s Closet/Diaper Shops and Thirsties graciously agreed to be Giving Diapers Giving Hope’s Shipping partners for two years. They went above and beyond that, continuing to volunteer their space and time to pack and ship diapers for GDGH recipients until this year.
I’ve been involved with Giving Diapers Giving Hope (GDGH) since 2014 (I think!) and it’s always been the favorite of my many “jobs.” Though it often involved many hours of work and was all volunteer, it is something I love doing.
I’ve been involved with Giving Diapers Giving Hope (GDGH) since 2014 and have served as Director of Operations for almost 3 years, alongside Executive Director Kim or Dirty Diaper Laundry. Since October 2015, Thirsties and Kelly’s Closet have served as our shipping partners, and kept the organization running like a well-oiled machine. For 6 years, GDGH has loaned cloth diapers to families experiencing diaper need, and we’re celebrating 6 years by providing free shipping to 60 families.
This week is Diaper Need Awareness Week. As you may know, I’m Director of Operations for Giving Diapers Giving Hope, which is completely volunteer run, and helps families break the cycle of diaper need.
I am so happy to announce the Thirsties Hope print. You may know that I am Director of Operations for Giving Diapers Giving Hope (GDGH) and we simply couldn’t do what we do without the support of generous brands and things like the Thirsties Hope print. Not only is Thirsties one of two current shipping partners, they have created a lovely print where 100% of the profits go to GDGH.
