Well, I’m back with a review for their waterproof fitted quilted bamboo crib mattress protector.

The crib mattress protector is designed to fit any standard crib mattress. The measurements are 28 (wide) x 52 (long) x 6” (skirt). The top layer is made from bamboo rayon fibers to provide superior comfort while your baby sleeps at night. The quilted mattress protector is pliable and durable and protects against stains and leakage thanks to high absorbency qualities of the bamboo rayon. It also protects your little one against the build up of bacteria dust mites and mold!

While the mattress protector does a great job of protecting against stains and leaks it’s also extremely soft and breathable. It is deliberately snug for safety reasons and should not for any reason be loose fitting over the crib mattress. It fits nice and snug over the mattress without being too difficult to put on or take off. The backing is waterproof, but doesn’t make that loud, plastic crinkle sound whenever your baby moves.

If you’re still trying to find the right nighttime cloth diapering routine for your family and are having some leaking issues, this mattress protector will help you from having to constantly clean your little one’s mattress. Not only is the protector extremely absorbent, but it holds up well in the washer with no shrinkage. The terry cloth top is so soft that your baby could easily fall asleep right on it without covering it with a sheet. It’s thin enough to be safe, but an added layer between the sheet and the mattress making it warmer.

When I put the mattress protector on my son’s crib mattress, I noticed it was a lot like the one we have on our big bed. It has the quilted top and it’s so incredibly soft as I’ve mentioned. It gave it a nice little “fluff” to his bed without being too bulky and deemed unsafe. Occasionally at night I fall asleep and forget to put him in his nighttime diaper which results in him leaking. With the mattress protector, it’s nice that we don’t have to wash his mattress off every single time now. We can just wash all the bedding- the next morning of course. (Nobody wants to be doing laundry in the middle of the night!)
