Geffen Baby’s wipes have been my favorite cloth wipes since 2011. After receiving a product sample, I replaced all my other wipes with them. The hemp/cotton blend wipes are a single layer of super soft fabric. Thin to get into all the crevices, but I’ve never gotten my hands dirty due to their single layer.
Recently, the wipes changed very slightly. The hemp/cotton wipes previously had a textured reverse side due to how the fabric was knitted, but now they are smooth on both sides.
The difference is very subtle, but below I have pictured the reverse of the old style (top) and new style (bottom.)
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with the new style, but if you really loved the textured side, Geffen Baby has brought them back as hemp/cotton French terry wipes, which have sunny yellow stitching. For me, having mismatched thread would bug me, while the texture difference wouldn’t. 😉
At around $1/each they are very affordable, and make great hand & face wipers too.
Giveaway: I have a 10-pack of the new style (green thread, smooth reverse side) hemp/organic cotton jersey wipes to give away. Entries go in the Rafflecopter form below.
