RETHINK Unbottled Water – Environmentally Friendly Water

I received a product sample. If you click and buy, I may receive a small commission. Thank you. RETHINK water caught my attention as a great alternative to plastic bottled water. We generally use reusable bottles but there are times when they aren’t an option, such as when my kids have field trips and are required to bring a fully disposable lunch.

The water is reverse osmosis filtered from community resources, PH balanced, and packaged in a recyclable carton made from renewable paperboard. The water tastes great and the carton is easy to hold and drink from.

The brand is headquartered in Maryland, and they sent me this cute little Maryland cut out!

This is a great concept! I didn’t know there was such a thing, so thanks for the review. My question is, practically-speaking, how would you recommend recyling the carton? If your children took these to school would they need to turn them into the school when done, or just bring them home to be sorted and picked up? My children only just now entered the traditional school system so I’m not familiar with the recycling options that are typically available.

Fortunately, our school has a recycling bin next to every trash can in the cafeteria!
