I have previously used the Diaper Rite pocket diaper, and Diaper Junction sent me their newest Diaper Rite product, the one-size all-in-one.
The diaper’s snap closures have overlaps on both wings and was designed to fit babies from 8-35 pounds with the snap down rise
The soaker is sewn at the rear of the diaper, and folds over to fit smaller rise settings. It is 2 layers of microfiber topped with suedecloth, and there is an additional layer of absorbency in the suedecloth lined body. The PUL outer includes a front flap to avoid leaking or wicking.

My son is 22 months old and 22ish pounds (not exactly sure but he is petite!) I put him in the medium rise setting:
