Imse Vimse: Training Pants Review!

Katie received a free pair of training pants from My Green Family for this review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are her own. Post contains affiliate links. While we’re not currently potty training my two year old, we’ve had plenty of experience with training pants from having an older son. I actually have quite the collection in my drawer, waiting for the day he decides he’s ready to use them. Imse Vimse training pants are made in Europe out of 100% organic cotton and are meant to be used during the day (except for during naps) so your child can associate the need to use the potty with having wet pants. Their new and improved trainers have a snug, comfortable fit and a soft elastic waistband. They have three layers of absorbent organic cotton and one layer of PUL. This helps protect your child’s pants during small accidents but still allows them to feel when they’re wet, which helps aid in the potty training process.

They have a great sizing chart to help you find the right fit for your little one. The sizes range from 20-26 pounds for the large all the way up to 41-55 pounds for the JR+. So no matter the size of your potty training kiddo, Imse Vimse has a size for you! They have some super adorable prints as well. We were sent the very adorable Green Monkey print for our review.

He’s not showing interest in potty training yet, which is totally fine with me. We have however tried several types of trainers previously with my four year old when he was potty training and I noticed that the Imse Vimse training pants seem to be one of the trimmest pair of training pants I’ve used thus far. They’re as close to underwear as you can get with still having a little barrier in case of accidents.

We got a really nice fit on my son. I don’t expect him to get much bigger before potty training either as he seems to have lost all his baby chunk and is starting to be slim and more toddler-like. (I know, I’m totally crying right now!) The leg elastics are nice and stretchy and super soft around his thighs. The waistband is has even more stretch to it and is also nice and soft so it’s comfortable for him to wear. Since the trainer is made of organic cotton, the inside is extremely soft, but as mentioned before will still let your child feel when they’re wet.

These super adorable training pants are only $17.95 each for any size and any print. Have you used cloth training pants?
