It came with common sense instructions, and though it says not to tie anything to it (strangulation hazard) it does have a slot that is perfect for a paci clip (which are too short to be a danger with supervision.)
The design is adorable, and the nubs on the reverse are great for a teething baby’s gums.
The silicone is flexible and gentle on gums.
