Sakura Bloom Children’s Play Slings – Babywearing for Kids!

Post contains affiliate links. Even since I used my Sakura Bloom Essential Linen Ring Sling when my 14 month old was born, my daughter has been asking for a Sakura Bloom sling of her own! I finally bought her one for her 8th birthday this month.

The play slings aren’t cheap, with an MSRP of $38, but oh my goodness, are they gorgeous! Sakura Bloom makes the play slings with materials that they have left over, so they are exactly the same material the “real” slings are made of. This also means that available colors vary, so snag one when you can. When I bought mine, only the purple was available, and when you choose “purple,” “pink,” “blue” etc. on their website, you will receive a shade in that color family, not the exact pictured shade. Right now, Up On the Hill has Sakura Bloom play slings in Jade, a beautiful blue-green color, but she only has a few left, so grab one before they’re gone!

It’s a little tough when your baby’s knees don’t bend, LOL. My daughter loves it, and wears her baby to the grocery store while I wear her brother!

Stock photo so you can behold the cuteness:

Up On the Hill also has Sakura Bloom slings for moms starting at $88!

I paid normal retail price for the pictured product. I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are my own.

They’re beautiful! I can see my little brother wanting one… We rigged up a teddy bear carrier for him a couple years ago with a extra bamboo insert that was looonnnnnggggg. He loved toting his bear around and still having his hands available to swing in the hoist chain in our carport… and lay on the dogs. 🙂
